  1. Understand the value of a service line strategy as an effective approach to deliver coordinated care in rural communities, including an understanding of which service lines are most likely to add value and enhance care in rural areas.
  2. Learn a bottom-up approach to developing an optimized service line strategy in rural settings that considers the community’s specific patient population, provider needs and capacity, and approaches to completing the care continuum. Case studies will provide a look into implementation of specific rural health-focused service lines.
