The CORH team has been wonderful! I am so thankful for the information the CORH has provided our organization with. We owe everything to the CORH; this year was our first profitable year in five years.

As a new CAH administrator, the resources provided by the CORH were extremely helpful and a great learning tool. The monthly calls and ECHO sessions were very beneficial, and all CORH team members were, and still are, very responsive.

The ECHO sessions provided by the CORH made our organization better, more compliant, and more educated, and for that I am so thankful.

CORH has changed the way we think of doing business in our hospital; it has fostered creativity and shown the importance of culture change.

We feel the topics discussed and resources provided by the CORH aligned with our current priorities and encouraged us to ask the important questions necessary for successful implementation.

We feel we gained a broader view of what is happening across the nation in terms of rural health by learning from the CORH team as well as other CORH participants.

All CORH participating organizations have truly come together to put patients over profits.

Welcome to the Center for Optimizing Rural Health (CORH) Application Portal! We are excited that you are interested in applying for assistance for PY 2022-2023 of the HRSA Targeted Technical Assistance for Rural Hospitals Program (TTAP).

Here is some information for your consideration:

  1. The CORH is a technical advisory center. As such, we offer guidance, resources, and recommendations for cohort hospitals. We do not have funding sources available for hospitals.
  2. The work between CORH and the hospitals is a partnership. In collaboration with the CORH team, hospitals will take an active role in identifying priorities and implementing action plans. The CORH team requests that hospitals participate in the facilitated peer-to-peer mentoring (ECHO) sessions, webinars, and course offerings as often as their schedules permit.
  3. On-site technical assistance will be provided for the five Tier 1 hospitals selected, in addition to follow-up discussions every 4-6 weeks. Remote facilitation will be provided for the 25 Tier 2 hospitals selected, along with follow-up discussions every 4-6 weeks.
