This one hour webinar offers a fast paced review of billing, coding and documentation requirements for rural health, both hospital and outpatient. Pati Hildebrand will discuss the billing process, the concept of medical necessity and frequent causes of payment denial. She will also discuss common billing challenges such as telehealth, chronic care, and incident-to billing.

Ms. Hildebrand is a seasoned healthcare professional, with 38 years’ experience in direct care, administration, and consultation including over a decade helping healthcare organizations meet their regulatory compliance and accreditation readiness requirements. She is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), a certified professional in healthcare quality (CPHQ), a certified professional in Healthcare Risk Management, a certified coder (CCS-P), an AHIMA approved ICD10 instructor, a Black Belt In Lean Six Sigma, has been a Baldrige Examiner both nationally and for the state of Texas. She is the Executive Director of Hildebrand Healthcare Consulting, LLC which specializes in regulatory “rescue” and survey survival.
